CLC All-Conference Selections

We are excited to announce that six members of the Pitt Men’s Lacrosse team have been nominated to CLC all-conference teams:

3rd Team:

Alex Keough, D, Jr.: Keough was a lockdown force on defense this season, bringing an aggressive takeaway style of play to the defense, and also picking up 24 ground balls during his 2019 campaign.

Brian McCaffrey, LSM, Jr.: McCaffrey proved to be a threat on defense, bringing veteran leadership to the defense and in transition where he had 6 goals and 5 assists, and led the team in ground balls with 47.

Dan Wasson, M, Sr.: Wasson has been a staple in the Pitt Lacrosse offense for four seasons, and earned a spot on the all-conference team while leading the team in points, with 27.

Honorable Mention:

Casey Repcheck, DM, Sr.: Repcheck, another veteran leader on the defense, brings a fundamental style of defense that is hard to beat one-on-one, and was a centerpiece of the defensive midfield.

Zach Romac, M, Jr.: Romac led the team in points per game with 2.5, and like Wasson, was a second year captain on the offense, bringing veteran firepower to the unit.

Zach Smith, FOS, Sr.: Former Division 1 wrestler at ASU, Zach Smith, brought his skills to the Pitt faceoff X the past two years, earning a spot on the CLC honorable mention all-conference team with a 57% face-off win percentage.
